Regular comprehensive site inspections conducted across every active project. Audit findings logged, corrective actions tracked, and reports delivered to project leadership weekly.
Risk Assessment
Formal hazard identification at project kickoff. Risks ranked by severity and likelihood, mitigation protocols documented before site mobilization, and risk register maintained throughout project lifecycle.
PPE Standards
Personal protective equipment specifications enforced site-wide — boots, helmets, high-visibility wear, and task-specific gear per role. Site safety officer verifies compliance daily.
Training Programs
Site-specific induction for all personnel before mobilization. Ongoing safety toolbox talks weekly, refresher training quarterly, and incident-response drills semi-annually.
Material Testing
Materials verified against client specification at delivery. Certificates of origin documented, batch records logged, and physical sample testing conducted where required by tender specifications.
Independent Inspection
